By accessing or using Maggy Health™ ("MGY") platform and services, including our AI health advocate Maggy™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

MGY provides a digital health platform that:

• Calculates your MGY Score™ based on health data
• Provides personalized health insights and recommendations
• Connects you with healthcare resources
• Offers health navigation through our AI assistant, Maggy™

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Be accessing the service through a participating healthcare provider
• Reside in the United States

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to harm, disable, or overwhelm our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Maggy Health™, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by More Good Years™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Maggy Health™, MGY Score™, Powering More Good Years™, and Maggy™ are trademarks of EquityPoint Health™.

Privacy and Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MGY, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maggy Health™ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGY, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
